Entertainment In Cleveland, What To Do?

Entertainment In Cleveland, What To Do?

Classic rock inductees were brilliantly honored on the 30th Annual Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Saturday in Cleveland.  During the induction ceremony, speeches received as introductions and acceptances.  Artists from varied genres and generations performed mini concerts of greatest hits.  Unfortunately the big event had not been televised live, as it has previously.  The good news could it be will air on HBO, but not until late May.  In the meantime this is a sneak peek about what happened at Public Hall.

'I am honored that the Rock Hall's Rock My Soul Gospel Concert is celebrating the life span of my best friend and twin brother. Andra'??s music has always had a global reach, to be celebrated by this kind of distinguished organization is often a blessing. Having Mano Hanes, Pastor Marvin Winans, CeCe Winans and Donnie McClurkin come together to sing his music would have been a treat but another milestone to remind us all of how blessed we continue being over the music of a true legend, Andra?? Crouch," said Sandra Crouch.

During the tour on Graceland, one had constantly reminded that Elvis started by singing every Sunday in church. In 1951, some years before he became a rock 'n' roll sensation, he attended youth organization at the "First Assembly of God" (a church in Memphis' McLemore Avenue) "He came in late," said Blackwood, Stamps (one of the popular Blackwood Brother Quartet).  Stamps, the only real 2nd baritone in the 63-year history of the Southern gospel's renowned quartet, became the best friend of Elvis after they were sixteen and high-school mates in Memphis.

This straightforward game, published by Journeyman Press, Pegasus Spiele, and Twilight Creations, has players cast in the role of townspeople wanting to evade a zombie attack. The first player either to escape on the town's heliport or kill 25 zombies wins. You're best off playing Zombies!!! The Board Game with four people, but could be just as fun with two to six people instead.

Often times and we don't believe a lot of these traditions while we are young, and take them with no consideration. But as we grow older we appreciate the richness these holiday traditions have put into our lives. And as adults we've got the opportunity to create our personal traditions, those special times together that may become cherished memories for your own children to keep in mind.
